Hello,
Since foreclosures are so rampant at the moment, has anyone had any success in working wiith smaller local banks to help them unload their foreclosed properties? I know many people work REOs for the the major banks but I was considering putting together a strategy to reach out to smaller banks and wanted to know if anyone has had any success in establishing relationships with them to gain some of their REO business.
