WHAT IS FOREX?

The Foreign Exchange Market (Forex, FX, Currency or Money Market) is a worldwide decentralized over-the-counter financial market for the trading of currencies. Financial centres around the world function as anchors of trading between a wide range of different types of buyers and sellers.

The forex market allows us to convert one currency to another foreign currency. In a typical foreign exchange transaction, a party purchases a quantity of one currency by paying a quantity of another currency.

The forex market is the largest and most liquid financial market in the world. Traders include large banks, central banks, currency speculators, investment firms, corporations, governments, and other financial institutions. Daily turnover was reported to be over $3.2 trillion in April 2007 by the bank for international settlements. Since then, the market has continued to grow.

Forex trading is no different to you purchasing EUR and selling GBP when you go on holiday to Spain. On your arrival back to the UK, you sell your leftover EUR in exchange for GBP. During this process, you will either have lost or made money due to the fluctuations in the EUR and GBP. Take the following example:

GBP 1 = EUR 1.1 (you sell your £1 to buy €1.1)
GBP 1.20 = EUR 1.1 (on your return to the UK the GBP has risen to £1.20 so you achieve 20p profit)

The above example is based on selling £1 worth of EUR to eventually make 20p. Now imagine if that £1 was £10,000. Your return would be £2,000!!!

This is the most basic knowledge of forex you need, since we have a team of professional traders that will trade on your behalf. The money markets are open Sunday night GMT – Friday night GMT, 24 hours. Your investment will make you huge profits while you enjoy your day and also whilst you sleep at night.

CAN I JOIN AND WHAT IS THE MINIMUM I CAN INVEST?

Your funds will go to and from an Escrow Account, set up with a Trust Company based in the UK. The Trust is fully authorised and regulated by the FSA, hence protecting and guaranteeing your money. This also ensures we are compliant with all money laundering regulations. Depending on the amount sent to us, the money may be subject to checks, since we will only accept funds that are from a clean source.

Alternatively you can send the money to your own solicitor who will send it to our solicitor, ensuring the transaction is compliant with The Law Society and The Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA). Please note that you might incur additional costs for these services.

WHAT RETURN WILL I EXPECT FOR MY INVESTMENT?

At the time of press March 2010, we have a 95% win rate on trades placed.
The returns vary according to your investment level,

£2,000 4% per month

£5,000 6% per month

£10,000 8% per month

£100,000 10% per month

$1,000,000 % per month to be discussed with client,
funds remain in client’s own account.

These amounts are far greater than the return on any rental property or savings account. In addition, you will be doing no work to achieve this income.

After we have made up your initial investment, you are free to take it out of the trading account and trade on the profit only. Or you can leave it in the trading account in order to make even more fantastic returns based on compounded interest.

WHAT ARE THE REDEMPTION CLAUSES?

There is no restriction on when to take your money out of the trading account or put additional money in. However you need to allow 8 weeks notice to take out any of your original investment, profits can be sent to any account of the investor.

WHICH TRADING STRATEGES ARE USED?

Our traders use technical analysis, which cover a number of mathematical models and graph patterns theories. Traders also use fundamental analysis, which consider the latest economic news around the globe in real time. After all this information is collated, trades are placed according to what we believe will be the market reaction. We use a ‘scalping’ strategy that ensures we never leave your money in the markets any longer than necessary. We make small profit and close the trade straight away. We do not gamble on making further profits. We would rather close the trade out on a small profit and move straight onto the next trade. This can take minutes, hours, or days depending on the trade that is placed.

IS IT A GOOD TIME TO TRADE FOREX?

As of March 2010, the euro and sterling has been plummeting since December 2009 due to the debt crises in Greece, Portugal, Italy and Spain. On the back of this, January 2010 gave a 7.3% return on investment. We are expecting the currencies to stabilize and then pick up again, therefore make money on the way back up too.
Thus it can be seen that forex trading is profitable regardless of whether currencies are rising or falling.
